Overview
MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) is a chemical safety data sheet or a chemical safety data sheet. It is used by chemical manufacturers and importers to clarify the physical and chemical properties of chemicals (such as pH, flash point, flammability, reactivity, etc.) and the hazards to users' health (such as carcinogenicity, teratogenicity, etc.). One document. In European countries, MSDS is also known as the Safety Data Sheet (DSS). The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 11014 uses SDS terminology, while the United States, Canada, Australia, and many Asian countries use MSDS terminology.
The MSDS provides a brief description of the health of a chemical to human health and the environment and provides information on how to safely handle, store and use the chemical. As a service provided to users, manufacturers should provide safety instructions to users along with chemical products, so that users can understand the hazards of chemicals, and actively protect them when they use them to reduce occupational hazards and prevent chemical accidents. It provides 16 physical and chemical parameters, blasting performance, health hazards, safe use and storage, leakage disposal, first aid measures and related laws and regulations.
