MSDS certification

     MSDS

      1. The name of the substance or mixture and supplier; 2. Hazard identification; 3. Information material of composition/ingredient; 4. First aid measures; 5. Fire fighting measures; 6. Accidental release measures; 7. Handling and storage; /Personnel protection; 9. Physical and chemical properties; 10. Stability and reactivity; 11. Toxicological information; 12. Ecological information; 13. Disposal requirements; 14. Transport information; 15. Regulatory information;

    Why do you want to do MSDS?

    The Chemical Safety Data Sheet is the most basic technical document for transmitting product safety information. Its main functions are reflected in:

    1. Provide information on the hazards of chemicals and protect users of chemical products

    2. Ensure safe operation and provide technical information for the development of safe operating procedures for hazardous chemicals

    3. Provide technical information to assist with emergency assistance and emergency response

    4. Guide the safe production, safe circulation and safe use of chemicals

    5. Is an important basis and source of information for chemical registration management

    MSDS application industry

    Involved: adhesive, glue; stationery - correction fluid; paint, paint; reprocessing plastic pellets; lithium battery; polyvinyl chloride (PVC); iron wire, aluminum paper; polyvinyl chloride (PVC) packaging materials; Agent (hand); foam plastic; lip balm; moisturizer; mosha cream.

    MSDS standard / format

    EU 2001/58/EC (European Commission), 1999/45/EC, 67/548/EEC (all 16 applications, the most widely used) US OSHA 1910.1200 (8 items) Canadian WHMIS (9 items) American Standards Association ANSI And the implementation of ISO recommendations by international standards bodies (16 items) China GB 16483-2000 (16 items)

    MSDS preparation process

    1. Fill in the MSDS application form

    2. After receiving the application form, the relevant personnel will contact the customer by telephone and issue a payment notice. The customer must return the bank voucher and receive the water bill to arrange the MSDS preparation work.

    3. After the MSDS is completed, the relevant personnel of the laboratory will report to your company by E-Mail first, and then according to the report method selected by the customer on the application form.

    Difficulties in developing high quality MSDS:

    In addition to testing the physicochemical properties of chemicals, the toxicological data for testing chemicals is too expensive. If the chemical is a composite or is spiked with additives or a by-product of the reaction, it is difficult for the compiler to make a proper assessment of the toxicological properties of the product. If the MSDS provided by the supplier is wrong or inaccurate, or intentionally concealing harmful information, resulting in user casualties or environmental pollution, the user often requires the MSDS provider to bear the corresponding legal responsibility. The prepared MSDS must comply with the laws and regulations of the country and region where the buyer is concerned about hazardous chemicals. However, different countries, even different states in the same country (for example, the United States) have different requirements for MSDS. At the same time, some data or directories will change frequently (for example, ACGIH publishes new exposure thresholds once a year, and NTP publishes a new list of carcinogens every two years), making it more difficult to prepare MSDSs that meet the requirements.
